What Sourcing does

Spot something worth selling on a sourcing platform? Skip the spreadsheet shuffle: pull it in here, match it to a product, stock it, and list it across your stores.

Steps

1. Open Sourcing and choose Pull products, pick the sourcing platform, and pull in what you selected.
2. Pulled items land in a list first — nothing goes live yet. Review each one: selling price, cost, first stock quantity.
3. Choose Publish: it becomes a product in your inventory (create the product now, receive the stock when the goods arrive).
4. When you place the purchase, the amount is recorded in your ledger as a payable automatically (see Money) — no separate bookkeeping.

Tips

• Start with small test orders, and always eyeball the photos and description before publishing — each platform has its own rules.
• If a sourced item changes link or disappears on the source side, it is flagged here for you to handle.
