Products: store listings matched to your stock
Why matching matters
A platform listing and the product in your warehouse are the same thing in two places. Match them once, and inventory and prices sync both ways: sell one anywhere, and every store knows.
Steps
- Open Products: platform listings on one side, your stock products on the other.
- The system suggests matches (by SKU, barcode, name). Review them under To confirm β accept or pick a different one.
- A platform listing with no match can be created as a new stock product right there.
- After matching, change a price or a stock count here and it is pushed back to every platform; sell one on a platform and the available count here drops too.
Product photos
- Up to 10 photos per product; the first is the main photo.
- Photos synced from platforms use the platform's link and do not use your storage. Photos you upload count toward your storage, which you can check in Settings.
Tips
- Matching is a one-time job per product. New platform listings appear under To confirm β clearing it weekly keeps things tidy.
