Orders: every platform, one list
How Orders is organized
Orders from every connected platform land in one list, in three tabs only:
- To ship: not shipped yet, oldest first.
- Shipped: done, with tracking numbers right in the row.
- Needs attention: incomplete addresses, not enough stock, and similar β the reason is written on the order.
Everyday actions
- Open an order: items, buyer address, and notes are all inside.
- Ship from the row: the Ship button is right there β it takes you to the shipping desk to compare rates and print the label.
- Put on hold: not ready to ship (waiting on the buyer, for example)? Hold it and it leaves the To ship list so it cannot go out by mistake.
- Search: by order number, buyer name, or product name.
Tips
- Statuses flow back to the platform automatically: ship here, and the platform shows Shipped β no double work.
- A new platform's products need a one-time match to your inventory products (see Products). After that, it is automatic.
