Money: who owes whom, and when
The ledger tracks just two things
- Receivables: platform payouts for what you sold β which payout, how much, expected when.
- Payables: what you owe for stock you bought β which bill, how much, due when.
It is not accounting software. No chart of accounts, no reports β just a list of who owes whom that anyone can read.
How to use it
- It books itself: a completed order creates a receivable; a purchase creates a payable. You record nothing by hand.
- Register payments: when money lands (or leaves), choose Register payment on that entry with the real amount and date, and it is settled. If the amount differs, register what actually moved β the difference stays visible.
- Due reminders: payables coming due and payouts running late are flagged here and on the Dashboard.
- For your accountant: sync the ledger to QuickBooks or Xero, or export it as a spreadsheet.
Tips
- Five minutes a week marking what has arrived keeps the ledger always true β no month-end archaeology.
