Create your account and set up shop

What this step does

Create your Orderball account and fill in your shop's basics once — connecting platforms and syncing products later all build on it.

Steps

1. On orderball.com, choose Start free, sign up with your email, and verify it.
2. Fill in your organization: shop name, contact, address. Pick timezone, currency, and language for where you sell — you can change them later in Settings.
3. Create your first warehouse: any name works (for example, "My little warehouse"), with the warehouse's real address.
4. Invite your team: send invitations under Team and give each person a role (owner, packer, support, and so on).

Tips

• One shop per account is plenty to start. Add more as you grow.
• Use the real warehouse address — it is filled in automatically when you print shipping labels.
