Ship your first order
What this step does
From an order rolling in to a label on the box β ship one order and you know the whole routine.
Steps
- The order appears under Orders β To ship. Open it and check the items and quantities.
- Choose Print pick list and take the sheet to the shelf β the location is printed right on it.
- Back at your computer, enter how many you actually picked. Confirm, and inventory is deducted automatically.
- Go to Shipping, scan or open the order, compare the rates (fastest and cheapest are flagged), pick one, and choose Print label.
- Put the label on the parcel and hand it over. The tracking number flows back to the platform on its own, so your buyer can follow it.
Tips
- Picked fewer than ordered (one item short)? Enter the real number β the rest stays in To ship, and nothing ships wrong.
