Connect your first sales platform

What this step does

Connect your Shopify or Amazon store so orders, products, and inventory sync automatically — no more moving data by hand.

Steps

1. Go to Orders (or the to-do card on your Dashboard) and choose Connect a platform.
2. Pick the platform and follow the prompts to sign in there and approve access. You only grant what selling needs: orders, products, and inventory.
3. Choose the sync scope: how far back to pull orders, and which side is the source of truth for inventory (most sellers pick Orderball).
4. Choose Test connection. When it passes, save — your first orders and products roll in on their own.

If it will not connect

• Read the reason shown: usually missing permissions on the platform side, or API access not turned on.
• Walk through Connection troubleshooting, fix it there, then come back and test again.
• The wizard offers AI-assisted connecting: tap it, approve once, and the system checks step by step where it is stuck and tells you the fix in plain words.
